LUNCHES
*Rice Stew: Barley & Brown/Wild Rice cooked in homemade Chicken/Turkey Broth. Tomatoes & Spices.

*Rice Bowl: Brown Rice, Avocado, Lemon Juice, Celtic Sea Salt & Seasoning (Pure Spices)

*Perfect Sanny: Ezekiel Bread, MAYO Substitute (Mash up: Avocados, Goat Cheese, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds), Celtic Sea Salt & herbs, Tomato, Tempeh(OR grilled Fish), Mustard, Mushrooms.

*Thai Stick Sanny: Chicken Breast marinated in homemade Teriyaki glaze, Green Bell Peppers, Pineapple & Pepper Jack Cheese

*Dino-Wrap: Dinosaur Kale for the wrap with choices of insides:

*Salmon: Wild Caught fish w/ Lemons & Capers atop thin ww linguine & a lemony, garlic-Parmesan sauce.

SNACKS
*Miso Soup: With Tofu

*Hummus Platter: Freshly made Hummus/Tahini, assorted Olives, julienned Veggies, Feta Cheese, mini Pita breads.

*Munchies w/ Dip: Freshly made Hummus/Guacamole

*Dolmades: grape leaves, Brown rice, EV Olive Oil, diced Kalamata Olives, Pine Nuts, Golden Raisins, Spices.

*Budwig Classic: 1 serving is 1TBsp Flax oil w/ 1/4cup Cottage Cheese. I add a bit more cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, chopped celery and carrots, and a little kelp/dulse powder (salt substitute). OR I will just add fruit & nuts. Budwig Recommends to eat this 2x per day (3x/day for ill patients). (Organic Sprouted Tofu may be substituted for the Cottage Cheese/Quark).

*Alouette Baby Brie: Chef's Choice Award Brie Baked with Strawberries, Apples & Garlic w/ Bread.
